Points Based Support Contract

Our adaptable points based support contract offers the convenience of purchasing points to guard against any eventuality that you may experience. You can benefit from technical support, on-site consultancy and training as well as long term contract staff.

By taking advantage of our points based system you can be sure that you receive cost effective and simple to manage support tailored specifically for your requirements.

We offer 3 levels of support: Bronze, Silver and Gold, designed to provide you with exactly the assistance you require for your Microsoft based operating systems.

With our Bronze level of support you can expect a call from one of our engineers within 8 working hours from the time of the call being logged, for a 4 hour response choose Silver and for the top level response of 2 hours select Gold.

All our prices are based upon the number of servers to be supported, along with the level of support required.

Greater than 15 Servers, Price on Application.

A point equates to a call, which can be logged through our dedicated helpdesk number. Each call entitles you to:

• Unlimited telephone support per case
• Unlimited research time per case
• Unlimited access to the helpdesk
• On site visits in exchange for points

Additional points can be purchased at the following costs:

Bronze
£100 per point, minimum purchase 5 points

Silver
£125 per point, minimum purchase 5 points

Gold
£150 per point, minimum purchase 5 points


Bespoke Support Contracts

We also offer standard non-points based support packages or can tailor our support to the specific requirements or your organisation.
