The 2X support packages include free technical support via email or phone for a 12 month period.

If you purchase a new full version of 2X software you are entitled to free support via email for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. To extend this period, you can purchase a support package - pricing is per full version ordered. You can also buy support at any time after purchasing a full version.
