include free technical support via email or phone for
a 12 month period.
All customers who bought a new full version of 2X
software are entitled to free support via email
for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. To
extend this period, you can purchase a support package
- pricing is per full version ordered.
Customers may buy support at any time after purchasing
a full version. Email support requires registration
on the online helpdesk.
